Enhanced Immunogenicity to Mycobacterium tuberculosis by Vaccination with an Alphavirus Plasmid Replicon Expressing Antigen 85A

The Stomacher® 80 was used to blend lungs and spleens of sacrificed animals. The study found that even with the optimum dose of the vaccine there was no further or enhanced protection against m.b tuberculosis.
