Seward Stomacher® Services and Support
Fifty years ago, Seward Ltd became the originator of the Stomacher® lab blender and continues to be uniquely placed to provide the most reliable and robust products for sample preparation. On this page you will find information about how to register for your Stomacher® warranty, user manuals for our range of Seward Stomacher® lab blenders and information on our resource centre.
3 Year Warranty Period
All our machines are manufactured in our UK factory and we are the ONLY manufacturer of Stomacher®lab blenders. We do not manufacture lab blenders for anyone else. Seward Stomacher® lab blenders are renowned for their build quality and durability and we offer a warranty period of 3 years on every Stomacher® lab blender, from its date of purchase (direct from us or from an authorised Seward Stomacher® distributor, agent or service representative).
During this time, we will repair or replace any components found to be defective or at variance from our manufacturing specifications, at no cost to you. You can find out more about our warranty T&C’s on our T&C page.

User Guides
To help you get the best out of your Stomacher® lab blenders, we have provided copies of our User Guides and technical data on every product page. We have also created some useful videos to show the best way to deal with some day-to-day operations. Please tell us if there are other Stomacher® video ideas you would find helpful.
Knowledge Hub and in-house laboratory
In our resource centre, we are delighted to offer a unique database of reference papers to help you identify how the Stomacher® may be used for different applications and protocols. We are continually adding to this database, so please visit the resource centre regularly for updates. If you would like us to add a reference paper you think would be helpful for others, please let us know at info@seward.co.uk.
If you have a protocol you are unsure of, or a question on your sample testing, please do get in touch with us as we can usually find a reference to help you or look at replicating your test in our own laboratory. Contact our lab team on info@seward.co.uk.

Our Seward Stomacher® lab blenders are designed to be self-installed but if you do require any help or information, you can contact us at info@seward.co.uk or info@sewardusa.com or access our range of videos, designed to answer some of the day to day queries such as cleaning and basic operation.
